Console exclusive. As in PS3 does not get it and any PS3 owner must invest in an expensive high-end PC to play the game in a high resolution, or get a 360. Sorry bout that, thought i should clarify.
Oh and before i leave i wanted to add that the PC platform wouldnt be where it is today without dirty old Microsoft.
The rogue squadron games were some of the best last gen titles available, cant wait for this, im glad by little bro got a wii for christmas.
As long as in the next gen Microsoft chooses to build their console so that the disk drive will use something like HD-DVD discs, they should be alright. That will keep them from having to use Blu-Ray discs and they can have much more storage space without giving money to Sony.
i hope that Halo Reach will feature SPECIAL GAMETYPES that have more than just 16 players, but Halo has always been a squad vs squad game, not a battalion vs battalion game. Not every game has to have like 64 players in every match to be good. Why dont people realize this?
"Bungie needs to get off their butts to put some real effort into it."-Article
Wow, last i checked Bungie puts more effort into supporting Halo 3 and loading Halo 3 to the brim with fantastic features unheard of in any other console title, something no other dev does.. Yea, Bungie needs to pick it up i guess. /s
Or it could be Capcom trying to pull another fast one. RE5 MP only 5 bucks, get it while you can!!
That guy is not Barry Bonds, he isnt going to be swinging like a baseball player with his feet pointed toward the side at the home plate. His feet are not clipped into the ground, thats just the way your trying to twist it. Just look at it, im willing to be that the jeans he is wearing are not bell-bottoms, the bottom of his legs are fat because those are his feet covered in darkness, so you cant really tell, and they are pointed towards Alan. A person clipping into the ground like that would...
Lets get this straight for the ignorant people in this thread.
If you have Silver, you can download demos, videos, arcade games, and you can even play SPECIFIC titles online with your friends(Such as games that Vista and 360 players can play together, Halo 3 non-ranked matches, etc.) if you have a Silver account. You cannot play most 360 titles however if you do not have a Gold account, and sometimes early demos and offers are only available to temporarily available to Gold membe...
Halo CE was groundbreaking in the graphics department. All we had seen were N64 graphics and PS1 stuff, and a tad bit of PS2 stuff since it launched a year before. But nothing on the PS2 was as beautiful as Halo that early in the life of that gen.
Halo 2 came out a few years later, and if you can name a better looking FPS on PS2 or Xbox, then you have me. Many shooters came close or equaled Halo 2, but Halo once again was the top of its league. Not to mention Halo 2 had made con...
Gameplay and story are always more important than graphics, which is why i have more fun than anyone who is a pixel counter. I play my games, have a blast, i sleep well at night. Just the way it is.
The tip of that enemy's feet are facing towards the camera and Alan. Since his body is also facing towards Alan, it would make sense that his feet are too. What, do you think his feet should be out to the side like he is skateboarding or something? Look at the pic for longer than 3 seconds and maybe you will see what im talking about.
Nice try pal. Try again. I'll be going back to bed now.
People seem to forget that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion came out many months before Gears of War. Oblivion was probably the first mind blowing next gen game. Oblivion came out even before the PS3 and Wii had launched, and its still a beautiful, massive game today.
i know its his opinion, but the fact that he says Killzone 2 is the best FPS solely because of graphics is kinda lame.
This article aside, no one here has any real reason why God of War 3 will be GOTY material other than graphics. Thats all fanboys here have, is graphics to fall back on. When you get older and more mature, you look for an experience that goes beyond polygons and you care about gameplay and fun much more than piss and vinegar excuses about why one exclusive is better than another.
If you take the time to read the Bungie.net weekly updates, Bungie has stated that the current hud is yellow and difficult to see, but it will not be that way when the game releases. Just figured you should check up on Bungie.net every once in awhile since you seem to wanna take the time to make comments on N4G based on inaccuracy.
You cant say that the 360 version of Crysis 2 will be comparable to the PS3 version, otherwise you are branded a fanboy and you will have many disagrees plague your existence. If the 360 version does end up being comparable to the "ultra high-end" PS3 version, the fanboys wont have it, and they dont want it to be true, so you get disagrees anyway. Its blasphemy to say you hope that the 360 version will be equally or almost as good as the PS3 version. Just the way it works im afraid....
trust me, even with the first Crysis, there is no competition.
I enjoy tightly refined 4v4 matches. It feels more squad based and less chaotic, and if you go in with a team you know everyone. Large scale, huge player count battles feels like something id want to play once or twice in between dozens of 4v4 matches just to freshen it up some. I really just like a small, personal squad against another, not giant frag fests. It just feels less competitive to me, and its why games like Halo appeal to me. Just what i like.
halo is not for kids. I bet you couldnt even last 2 minutes in a match with me or any other skilled Halo player, and i bet your shallow mind couldnt comprehend nor appreciate Halo's story or any other intricate story out there. Your an idiot, your statement about Halo being only a kids game is ignorant, and people like you shouldnt be allowed to express their opinion freely without risk of imprisonment and/or a $5,000 fine.
Did i mention the 360 in that statement? Nope, i only referenced it when i made the statement about console exclusives.
The PC platform would be no where near what it is today without Microsoft. Microsoft pushed the platform over 30 years ago and is today the most commonly used operating system in the world. But because its MS you dont wanna believe that do you? You only hear what you want to hear, like everyone in this world.
